What’s the difference between a therapy session, consultation, and coaching?

This session provides clarity in a particular area in your life. We address all your questions and I provide recommendations and possible referrals so you can achieve optimization.

Coaching

Sometimes you need additional motivation, a tune up in your skillset, and/or strategies to accomplish your unique goals. We'll focus on your present/future goals and how to achieve them effectively through practical, tangible skills. 

I hold space for you to process your emotions and thoughts. In these sessions we discuss your conflicts, process emotions, unpack trauma, and create effective solutions. I will get an extensive background on your history to gather all the necessary information to understand the depth of you. There is no timeline for this process. Some clients only need a few sessions to receive the help they need, while some clients desire more long-term care.
