A private psychotherapy session allows you to explore the depths of yourself in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. I am a direct therapist that focuses on creating effective solutions. I take an integrative and relational approach to understand who you are as a whole person by understanding your past experiences, motives, and what in life has given you the opportunity to build resilience. I bring warmth, support and non-judgmental presence into my sessions and honor the mind-body connection.
